    Oh no! I feel like a bug under a microscope! :)

    I posted a couple of free audio classes on my site. I guess that’s
    been my project lately. It’s been good for occupying time on a long
    holiday weekend that’s dark and rainy. Since I didn’t teach this week,
    I just put my efforts into that — and taking care of my kids, of
    course.

    I’m interested in hearing all about what you and Masso and Namasteezy Spirit are working on. Sounds like you have a lot going on,
    yoga-wise!

    I was just elected to my studio’s board of director’s, so
    I’m about to get a lot busier.

    Hello Friends of Mayan Majix,

    I hope everyone had a happy Thanksgiving!

    1) Monday Nov. 19th began the 5th Night of the Galactic Cycle. These
    are the times when I really miss Ian and his ability to fill us in on
    what he felt we would be encountering this new cycle on the Mayan
    Calendar. What I can do is tell you the dates of the last 5th Night
    (of the Planetary cycle) – December 21, 1932 September 6, 1952 and
    encourage you to do what Ian would do and look at the historical
    events that occurred during that time and perhaps it will help in
    understanding the cycle we are now entering. I was recently looking
    thru a book of Ian’s which he used in his research called “The Time
    tables of Technology” (ISBN 0-671-76918-9).

    Some key events that occurred during this time period include: the
    depression, RCA demonstrates the first TV, Color photography is
    developed, Microwaves are discovered, the first rocket launched in
    Germany, WWII, the Atomic bomb, Roswell UFO event, the first computers
    developed (Z1 and ENIAC), the scanning electron microscope is
    developed, the first transistors is developed, the atomic clock is
    introduced, the first supersonic airplane is flown (X-1), video tape
    recorder (VTR) developed, the US explodes its first thermonuclear
    device (H-Bomb).

    2) I was sent an interesting article written by a Celesttina in
    Nelson. B.C. who shares her thoughts on the
    5th Night of the Galactic Cycle. You can read it at this address:

  8. Hi there, I just got finished browsing the website that you linked in the e mail, I would love to help you out with your cause. Although I do not consider myself part of any denomination, I am a very spiritual person, and I have always had a soft spot for monks, and especially children.

    Before I start, I need some information….

    When do you need the finished flyer?
    I need to know what information needs to be on the flyer.
    What is your printing budget, if any, or are you printing the flyer on a regular ink jet?
    I also need to know the dimensions that you would like for the flyer.
    Last, what main colors did you have in mind? I am guessing red and yellow?

  10. hello Namasteezy Spirit how are things. My read thru went very well and now i’m getting ready fora publice read-thru on feb 1st or 2nd at the travelling aspect of VPAFF (Vancouver Pan African Film and Arts Festival).

    That said I’m organizing in collaboration with VPAFF an ‘after hours cabaret pavillion’ called “Color Me Black’ where all artist and lovers of art can hang out and minlge and experience talent of every kind. So would you guys be interested in coming down and participating? We’ll have your talent featured and seen.

    It would be nice for you two to do your weavings on the subject of “Color Me Black”. I picked this as a subject because all colors when mixed together turn black hence we can deduce that within black all color exist. It is another take or perspective on humanity being one race and I want to celebration that during black history month.

    it’s lo. i’m going to be going to seattle this saturday (nov. 24) to
    do some waterwork with an old client of mine. if anyone else would
    like to tag along, please let me know. the spots that are available
    are one spot at noon, and then from 4 pm forward (until 10)… i would
    like to put together a little carpool, and make a litle daytrip out of
    it. cost for each person is $20, for pool rental, plus any donation
    you would like to make to the cause, and the split cost of gas.

    the pool is really nice. you’ll dig it. 96 degrees. salt water. no
    chlorine. tranquil. bamboo.

    I am glad to hear of all these recent developments. I may be able to help you out on the webstite, it could use some flash / or java animations. I will be at that movie night, I cannot wait. i would like to practice yoga more often, I do some basic stuff out of a a book and it always amazes me the perspectives gained though yoga, and the healing properties.

  15. Hi, I am really enjoying your website, and your myspace page. I have an 11 year old son who is a skateboarder and an artist. I think yoga would really help him physically, spiritually and emotionally. Can you recomend a skateboard/yoga clase for teens, 11-18? Or would you like to start one? I could fill it up with the nieghborhood kids-skateboarders and snowboarders…and really reallyfar-out special people, every one of them.
